The Tineli Men's Touring Rain Jacket is a serious waterproof cycling jacket made for commuting, touring, bikepacking and long wet-weather rides.
It uses 3-layer stretch ripstop fabric with a 20,000mm waterproof rating, 20,000g breathability rating and fully seam-sealed construction, so it’s built to keep rain out without turning every climb into a boil-in-the-bag situation.
The fit is more relaxed than a race jacket, which makes sense for touring and commuting. You get extra room for layering, longer arms for riding position, and velcro/elastic wrist closures to help seal out the weather. The helmet-compatible hood is designed to turn with your head when you check over your shoulder — very useful when you’re riding in traffic, wind or proper sideways rain.
There’s also a fold-away rear tail flap for extra protection from back-wheel spray, plus reflective details for low-light visibility.
