I use Pass the Parcel for most orders — they’re fast, reliable, and generally don’t treat your gear like it’s been through a gravel race.

- Business addresses
- Rural addresses
- PO Boxes
PO Boxes:
Totally fine — just allow 1–2 extra working days. These need to go via NZ Couriers / NZ Post, which means a manual drop-off and the occasional queue shuffle.
Living that island life?
If you’re on Waiheke, Stewart Island, or the Chathams your order will go via CourierPost, which can add 1–2 extra working days. Island logistics are a thing.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times start from when the courier collects your parcel — not from when you hit “Place Order”
- 3–7 working days between main centres
- 3–10 working days for rural deliveries
Rural routes can be a bit unpredictable — weather, distance, and the odd “where exactly is that driveway?” moment all play a role.
