The Bryton Smart Speed Sensor is a compact wireless speed sensor that sends your ride speed data to compatible cycling computers and smartphones using Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+.
It is magnet-free, so there are no fiddly magnets or exposed parts to line up. Fit it to your bike, pair it with your compatible device, and you’re ready to track speed more cleanly.
Why use a speed sensor?
GPS speed is fine for many rides, but a dedicated speed sensor can give more consistent speed data, especially when GPS signal is patchy, slow to update, or affected by trees, buildings or tight turns.
This is a useful add-on if you want cleaner ride data from your Bryton GPS bike computer or compatible training app.

Small upgrade, useful data. If you want your bike computer to track speed more reliably than GPS alone, a dedicated speed sensor is a sensible add-on — especially for training, indoor setups, or rides where GPS can be a bit patchy.
