Falath frame is one of the best-selling frames in Elves family, not only the perfect Aero form, but one that also has a higher stiffness and a balanced geometry.

Our engineer built the Falath frame use of T800 carbon fiber and T1000 carbon fiber in some important areas like the head tube and bottom bracket to increase the overall stiffness, and the scientific layup schedules ensure every tube and every trailing edge have perfect lightweight and stiff; Falath is selected by some international teams so we can get many professional rider suggestions constantly and enabled us to implement a performance road geometry and a perfect control!

Elves engineers have an innovative design to build Falath Disc frame based on Falath, and they designed new stronger fork fit it, it looks more muscular! We called the new disc frame Falath-D.

The estimated delivery time about 4 weeks, depending on the custom finishing required.

Q. What warranty do I get with my Elves Bike?
A. All ELVES framesets and associated parts, except consumable parts such as hangers, cable stops etc. are covered under our limited 5 year warranty program. Your warranty period begins from the time of purchase. Please see our website for full details.

Q. Can I get a fully built Elves Bike?
A. Once you have chosen and purchased your frame, Trevscycleshop can build your bike to your specification. We use Shimano or SRAM components utilising Di2 or mechanical group sets plus a wide range of other components to deliver your dream bike. Just email Trevor (trevscycleshop@gmail.com) for further details.

Q. Can I choose my own colours?
A. Yes, Elves bikes can help you to design and then paint your bike to your own specifications. (Note, extra cost will apply. Please see the website for the latest prices under “Custom Paint”). Please email Trevor (trevscycleshop@gmail.com) for more information.

Q. How long does it take to receive my frame after I order it?
A. All frames are manufactured to order. On average it takes 3-4 weeks including shipping to receive your frame. Custom spraying takes about one week longer but is well the wait.

Q: Are the frames open source mould?
A: Elves frames are not open source. They are designed by Elves’ own R&D department and manufactured in our own high quality factory.

Q. Can I talk to a NZ representative?
A. Yes, you can email Trevor (trevscycleshop@gmail.com) who is based in Auckland.

Q. Where are Elves bikes designed and manufactured?
A. Elves frames are designed in Taiwan by our R&D (Research and Development) team. Frames are manufactured, like most bike manufacturers, in China but by our very own factory using our specialist our one piece layering process. Our graphics and paint schemes are designed in conjunction with the awesome Hong Kong design house DSD (Diamond Sports Design) who have worked with many top international sports brands.

Q. Are Elves frames of good a quality?
A. All Of Elves Carbon Road Frames meet the EN 14766 And ISO 4210-6:2014 High-Quality Standards and Provide Durability and Value in Terms of Quality and Price. Along with this, certain frames now conform to UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) standards and can be used to race in international competition.
