The EVO has evolved from the previous Falath Pro and builds upon its current outstanding performance in terms of aerodynamics. Extensively revised, when compared to its predecessor, the Falath EVO has a thinner and taller downtube along with a more aerodynamic design at the seat-stay, A noticeable handlebar drop has also produced a lower and more aerodynamic riding position. The Falath EVO Frame UCI Code: ELV-FEVO. What does the UCI accreditation mean? Put simply, it means that the Falath EVO frame meets all of the necessary technical rules to fully comply with the UCI requirements. The frame can now be listed on the UCIs database of approved frames, and qualifies to be raced in events overseen by the UCI.

The Falath EVO frame uses unidirectional high modulus carbon fibers from the Japanese technology leader Toray. These have 65%-85% more tensile strength than conventional carbon fibers. Although the Falath EVO frame's downtube and forks has a much taller and thinner profile, the of this innovative frame is approximately 80g lighter than the previous Falath Pro model. Thanks to a carefully engineered Toray® carbon lay-up schedule using more T1000 carbon fiber in important areas such as the head tube and bottom bracket, and the result is increased st reduced weight. Our EPS molding technology leaves the frames' internal surfaces as smooth and seamless as the exterior, with increasing strength due to the uniformity of the fibers, molding the frame to its exact requirements with consistently smooth and uniform tube thickness.The result Is a lighter, stiffer and more consistent Product. Elves use 3K carbon fiber Instead of unidirectional fiber to mold the headtube bearing and BB internal Surface for a cleaner and more precise design..

Another great advantage of the Falath EVO over its predecessor, is the ability to fit tires up to 32C. Expand your idea of ​​road riding and unlock new possibilities! Upgrading to 32C tires allows you to run lower pressures, so that you can ride longer with more comfort, whilst delivering better straight line and cornering stability.

The Falath EVO, combined with new Elves OROME AeroEvo handlebars, allows you to thread the cables internally through the bars and headset directly into the frame. Elves have designed the OROME AeroEvo to be hand more aerodynamic, whilst blending perfectly with the new EVO frame. Available in four widths and six lengths, the set-up comes with and extra 3x10mm spaces so that you can set the position of your bars to your exact requirements.

Q. What warranty do I get with my Elves Bike?
A. All ELVES framesets and associated parts, except consumable parts such as hangers, cable stops etc. are covered under our limited 5 year warranty program. Your warranty period begins from the time of purchase. Please see our website for full details.

Q. Can I get a fully built Elves Bike?
A. Once you have chosen and purchased your frame, we can build your bike to your specification. We use Shimano or SRAM components utilising Di2 or mechanical group sets plus a wide range of other components to deliver your dream bike. Just email: trevscycleshop@gmail.com for further details.

Q. Can I choose my own colours?
A. Yes, Elves bikes can help you to design and then paint your bike to your own specifications. (Note, extra cost will apply. Please see the website for the latest prices under “Custom Paint”). Please email trevscycleshop@gmail.com for more information.

Q. How long does it take to receive my frame after I order it?
A. All frames are manufactured to order. On average it takes 2-3 weeks including shipping to receive your frame. Custom spraying takes about one week longer but is well the wait.

Q: Are the frames open source mould?
A: Elves frames are not open source. They are designed by Elves’ own R&D department and manufactured in our own high quality factory.

Q. Where are Elves bikes designed and manufactured?
A. Elves frames are designed in Taiwan by our R&D (Research and Development) team. Frames are manufactured, like most bike manufacturers, in China but by our very own factory using our specialist our one piece layering process. Our graphics and paint schemes are designed in conjunction with the awesome Hong Kong design house DSD (Diamond Sports Design) who have worked with many top international sports brands.

Q. Are Elves frames of good a quality?
A. All Of Elves Carbon Road Frames meet the EN 14766 And ISO 4210-6:2014 High-Quality Standards and Provide Durability and Value in Terms of Quality and Price. Along with this, certain frames now conform to UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) standards and can be used to race in international competition.
