"I despised carb loading before I found Skratch super high carb. I’m in graduate school for nutrition and exercise physiology (soon to be sports dietitian), so I thought I knew my way around a carb load. “Drink your carbs”. But drinking juice was just too sickly sweet for me and I was burping sour burps.
